Resolution: Not A Problem
I can only sometimes reproduce, getting Error Log entries for
uimaj-as-osgi-runtime & uimaj-ep-runtime, but the build appears to be OK. Also
unchecking the "Resolve dependencies from Workspace projects" box in the
project's Properties / Maven should avoid the problem.
