On service timeout, UIMA AS client throws ResourceProcessException with
UimaASProcessCasTimeout as a cause. The UimaASProcessCasTimeout, however, does
not identify service queue nor a broker making it hard to figure out the source
of the problem. Especially, if the timeout occurs in JmsAdapter embedded in a
core UIMA AE. The broker URL is also missing from log messages.
