Move contents of uima-as project up one level the svn directory tree to make
the layout consistent with other aggregation projects in the UIMA svn
directory. Modify uima-as poms to adjust to the layout changes.
IMPORTANT:
After the above modifications are done, everyone must re-checkout the trunk to
pick up the changes.
