Because the uimaj-eclipse-feature* projects were tweaked for the uima-as-2.4.0
release candidate, they have a version number no longer compatible with the
rest of the uimaj projects, which is causing Jenkins builds to fail.
Move these two projects (the uimaj-eclipse-update-site project is already not
part of the main uimaj aggregate) out of the aggregate, while we figure out a
better solution for building eclipse update sites or p2 repositories.
