Infrastructure requires we put all parts of our website into SVN. So we need
to "undo" the earlier work where we took generated html/pdfs out of our site
svn and put them into p.a.o, in directory www/uima.apache.org/d/. Besides
copying this stuff into SVN, the website links need to be updated. This likely
involves changing the project macro.
