Resolution: Fixed
The patch is now checked into SVN in the sandbox/uimaFIT spot. The only
difficulty was in the NOTICE file which SVN compalined had inconsistent line
ending characters. I worked around that by copying the content into another
(new) NOTICE2 file, deleting the original one, and renameing the NOTICE2 ->
NOTICE, then SVN was able to check it in. I think this is now ready to be
worked on. Please submit patches for any changes you want applied and we'll
try to apply them quickly.
