If --process_attach_console is requested an environment variable
DUCC_CONSOLE_PORT is forwarded to the remote process so it knows where to do
redirection. If there is no other env var at the time this is set up a 'null'
was being inadvertently appended to the env string causing an Orchestrator
crash and subsequent job failure.
