File "not found" when downloading uimacpp tar gz

Hi,

if you try to download uimacpp 2.4.0 tar gz 
(http://ftp.udc.es/apache//uima//uimacpp-2.4.0/uimacpp-2.4.0-bin.tar.gz) 
from the UIMA download page, you get a "Not found" message.
The proper URL for the file seems to be 
http://ftp.udc.es/apache//uima//uimacpp-2.4.0/uimacpp-2.4.0-bin.tgz
