Thats negotiable. There are two blockers still:
* some metadata is still read from META-INF/org.uimafit
* the release process needs to be redefined
As far as I know, all other issues/feature should be deferrable to minor
releases after 2.0.0. I hope to be able to address these two within the next
4-6 weeks - fingers crossed and no promises.
