The uima-as (JP) is currently setup to exit the jvm when it detects an
Exception thrown by the AE. To the agent, such exit looks like a process has
Croaked. The agent has no idea if the process croaked due to the service
exiting due to an exception or due to someone (including the OS) killing the
process. Modify the service wrapper to notify the agent before exiting the jvm.
This feature requires changes in the uima-as.
