A "managed reservation" is implemented as a DUCC service that comprises any
executable. It is a one-step replacement for 1. making a reservation then 2.
launching an arbitrary executable into the assigned share.
Initial support comprises displaying managed reservations on the DUCC
Reservation page, and allowing authorized cancel thereof via an associated
Terminate button.
