ducc_ling currently supports only RLIMIT_CORE. This task adds the full set of
limit available to get/setrlimit() calls.
Usage: set env var DUCC_[limitname]=val in job. Example: DUCC_RLIMIT_CPU=500
to set the soft CPU limit for a job.
