Most of the rule learning algorithms are partially broken due to the
reimplementation of the inference and other changes. Get the algorithms up and
working again, at least for the example project that will be provided in
UIMA-2704. Additionally, the new language constructs like the wild card can
replace the default filler-element ANY*? and make the testing phase a bit
faster.
