Implement items 1-4.
a) Add getSwapUsageMax/setSwapUsageMax to IDuccProcess & DuccProcess
b) Copy MajorFaults & SwapUsage from Agent Inventory to corresponding OR
process, and likewise set SwapUsageMax
c) To WS Processes display
1. Remove GC Count
2. Remove %GC
3. Add PgIn (Major Faults)
4. Swap (current usage if running, maximum usage if completed)
