+1 from me as well. Couldn't find any existing trademarks which are in
the area of software, there were some for beverages, but that should be ok.
There are two software related hits on google:
http://www.rutasoftware.com/
http://www.rutatool.info/
Ruta Software appears to be an empty website,
not sure if a company with that name is registered somewhere.
Ruta Tool is some DSP software, but they probably didn't registered any
trademarks.
