As an added benefit, if we remove both of the above, I believe we can
remove the entire uimaFIT dependency on uimaj-tools, and the resulting
transitive dependencies on uimaj-cpe, uimaj-adapter-vinci, jVinci, and
uimaj-document-annotation.
