Description: Remove opensource jars from Duccs SVN projects. This
specifically applies to Jetty. We will still maintain javascript artifacts like
cluetip, DataTables, jgrowl, jquery, navigation, and sorttable. Ducc has been
tested with particular versions of the above. We need to keep them in the svn
in case these versions are no longer available for download. Also, some of
these scripts are maintained by websites which may disappear at some point.
