[~steven.bethard], I have integrated the maven module, removed the BSD
information, removed developer information and references to ClearTK from the
code. All necessary files bear the ASL header now, no authors or developer
attribution.
The m2e test has been integrated as an integration test on the same level as
the other integration tests. It's not a separate module anymore.
