Running build on eclipse plugins, on the 2nd or subsequent time after checkout,
generates messages from the maven-bundle-plugin "Duplicate name in Manifest".
Eliminate these by deleting the top level MANIFEST.MF just before the
maven-bundle-plugin runs (which is regenerating it).
