Summary: Possibility to change an Eclipse project to a RUTA project

Like it is possible with a context menu command to make a Maven project or
Plugin project from an already existing project it would be nice to transform a
project into a RUTA project. All necessary folders for scripts, descriptors,
input, output should be automatically created.
