CDE will now add the same parameter to a different group.  
Also when creating overrides the check for already-overridden was ignoring the 
group and rejecting valid entries.  
Also when adding additional overrides to an aggregate the list of delegate 
parameter choices offered was too large ... should only be those not already 
overridden, with matching types, and declared in all of the groups associated 
with the aggregate override.  At least this is how I understand these so-called 
groups (sets of group names?) to work.
