reminder - after v5 of parent pom shows up in Maven central, update refs to parent-pom version 5-SNAPSHOT to be just version 5

Once a release happens, the snapshot repository is sometimes cleaned up - and
the 5-SNAPSHOT version disappears ...

However, version 5 hasn't yet shown up in Maven Central... (I did push the
release button, though).
