The agent collects major faults by reading proc file of a given process. The
structure of this file is subject to change on different flavors of linux. Thus
depending on a fixed offset to find the value is not reliable. In fact it does
not work on RHEL. Use an alternate way to collect major faults. Spawn the
following: ps -o maj_flt <PID> and collect the result.
