sorry for the delay, I just now had a look at the code and fixed the
problem.
Peter worked on the code before to fix an issues with Ruta,
it would be good if he could test again to make sure everything still
works for him,
I will ping about it.
The changes cannot break anything in Ruta, they are fine :-)
