Imported type system is specified with a broken url. This happened when a type
system descriptor is imported, which is part of a referenced java project and
the ruta project and the java project are located in completely different spots
on the hard disc. The way how type systems are imported should be impoved. In
this situation the builder should probably insert automatically an import by
name and not by location.
