I tried installing ruta by dropping the bundles into the dropins folder, but
that didn't quite work, even though I had DLTK 5 and the UIMA Eclipse Plugins
2.4.2 installed (UIMA also via dropins).
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find out why ruta didn't load. In
particular, Eclipse didn't recognize the textruler bundle and another one
(don't remember which). These bundles were not even visible when listing the
loaded bundles in the OSGi console - it wasn't just that they could not be
resolved.
