I tried installing ruta from the update site while having the UIMA Eclipse
plugins installed via dropins. The update manager complained about a "UIMA
feature" not being available. This feature is not delivered as part of the UIMA
distribution and thus was not in my dropins folder.
Either, UIMA should ship also with the feature, or Ruta should not depend on
the feature, just on the individual bundles.
