Generation of Ruta descriptors should happen in ruta-core: The descriptors are
currently created in the workbench plugins and therefore there are still some
unwanted dependencies to eclipse-based stuff. The functionality should be
refactored and moved to ruta-core. This should also support the generation of
the type system of a script file.
