%CPU (for Services Details) should be "instantaneous" rather than "cumulative"
value.
Some choices:
1. Do nothing for Rel. 1
2. Remove the column on the Services Details page for Rel. 1
3. For Rel 1+
a) Have Agent report both instantaneous and average %CPU
b) Have WS add new column to display both
4. Same as 3 except make it a Rel. 1 requirement
5. Other?
