Sorry, I don't agree that it's a CLI issue. Could be done by whoever adds all
the other args such as:
-Dducc.process.log.basename=94619-UIMA-f5n7.bluej.net
I assume that JPs & services don't do any DUCC logging, but presumably agents &
ws do.
