Hi, Sorry, this is my mistake. You are correct, the revision should be rev 1544712. And, this morning, when I removed all my local changes and made sure the source was matching the svn, it built without hanging (which it was doing yesterday with htlatex step). So I must have had some flakyness in my local copy.
Sorry about the noise! In examining the debug output I see why htlatex is not running in nonstopmode.
