DUCC has a project, uima-ducc-examples, which I'm guessing has examples for the user to learn from and build upon. Many of the things here are Java classes; many have no comments in them. It would be good to have at least a "class" comment - motivating what this class is about and why it is in the uima-ducc-examples project.
