Sebb reopened UIMA-3462:

I wonder why both uima-as-2.4.0 and uima-as-2.4.2 are listed on the download
page? Are they both really current? Seems strange. Likewise uimaj-2.4.0 and
uimaj-2.4.2. I would have expected 2.4.0 to have been superseded by 2.4.2.
