The author asks for a "link back to this page in your credits" (Creative
Commons Attribution 2.5 License) or a "reference to my authorship of the Silk
icon set contents within a readme file or equivalent documentation for the
software" (Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License).
Hence, I think the reference could be placed at another place (additionally to
the licence file), for example, at the end of the documentation.
