The http://www.apache.org/dist/uima/eclipse-update-site plugin failed in
installation on Eclipse (Version: Kepler Service Release 1 Build id:
20130919-0819). It's relation to the UIMA-AS Deployment Descriptor Editor
2.4.2. only. The Error messages show that there are no 2.4.2 version files are
available/staged on in the expected location:
http://www.apache.org/dist/uima/eclipse-update-site/uima-as/ .
UIMA Eclipse and UIMA Ruta are installed fine.
I did not find any open bug against it.
