Both the Readme and the Release-notes contain sections titled Known problems and limitations.
I suggest removing the one in the Readme which just states that the Latex docs are not normally built by the build process. I suggest removing the one in the Release-notes because it is *empty*. If you want to keep this and let the users know there are no known limitations in release 1.0.0, then you might want to leave this in, but include the content "There are no known problems or limitations with this release." or something to that effect. As it is now, it appears to be incomplete. -Marshall
