Previous discussion concluded it was best to change the next release of uima
sdk to version 2.5.0. The Jira version was long ago changed to this, but the
poms never have -so update them. While at it, conform better to maven
conventions by eliminating the version number in the pom of all except the
uimaj parent-pom, to make future maintenance easier.
