If the ducc build is run via mvn clean install, the assembly script fails while 
trying to copy a non-existent INSTALL file. This file is created only when the 
latex is enabled which is the case when building a release. The assembly script 
should use a fileset and copy contents of ducc-install folder instead of using 
a file copy.
