Ruta Workbench: Import AEs and scripts from maven dependencies similar to
UIMA-3668 for type systems. uimaFIT AEs can already be imported but not normal
descriptors. A best practice needs to be introduced for scripts, because they
bring a type system, which is often located in a different folder.
