Ah ok. My best guess is that someone removed equniox.app 1.0.0 from maven
repository. I think I remember it being available. The CAS Editor plugins build
maybe successfully because the m2 repo of the build still conatins the
artifacts. I forced the ruta bulid to update the m2 stuff, but the equinox.app
1.0.0 cannot be found. Just a guess.
