Add CLI version number to requests so requests from one installation of DUCC
jars can be sent to another DUCC runtime (by setting the DUCC_HOME system
property) provided the CLI versions are the same. Warn when the runtimes
duffer, reject if the CLI versions are incompatible.
Also no longer remove DUCC jars from the classpath.
