I have closed the issue with infra and opened a new issue with Atlassian: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-5220 Their instructions seem to be a bit out-of-date, e.g. there is no "public hosting" component in the FishEye product... so let's see if they still actively support those instances.
