The issues fixed doesn't match Jira -

Jira shows issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-3880 as fixed, with
a resolved date / time of
12/Jun/14 13:10, which is, of course, after the release candidate was cut.

Is this intended for this this release?
