Hi Miles, in the EUMSSI project (http://eumssi.eu/) we will use UIMA to integrate the output of audio, video and text analysis. The audio and video analysis will, however, not directly implement UIMA AEs, but rather function in their traditional way of running batch jobs on a cluster, and the analysis output will then be mapped to UIMA annotations.
