When using the UnmarkAll action in Ruta to unmark all annotations except a few,
I unintentionally also deleted the DocumentAnnotation. This leaded to some
unexpected behaviour during the execution of some further engines since the
DocumentAnnotation wasn't restored correctly. I propose that it should not be
allowed to delete the DocumentAnnotation with the UnmarkAll action to prevent
the user from this kind of failure.
