A user reported that there is a problem with conjunctive rule elements with
features matches that follow some rule element. An example:

DECLARE Annotation Token (STRING posTag, STRING mood, STRING tense);
"Peter"{-> CREATE(Token, "posTag" = "noun")}
"did"{-> CREATE(Token, "posTag" = "verb", "mood" = "p", "tense" = "p")}
