Description:
This issue is related with UIMA-4062. The goal is to provide an implementation
that is able to use WordTable or Wordlist implementation defined as external
resource.
To implement the functionality the aeContex has to be passed to
RutaEnvironment, RutaEnvironment will take the WordList/WordTable
implementation from external resources.
