Can not download UIMA C++ x64

Hello UIMA team,
I'm now learning your brilliant framework. And I'd like to play with UIMA
C++. I successfully downloaded and tried it for 32 bit system. But now I
need the same for x64. Unfortunately link on download page doesn't work for
me
http://apache-mirror.rbc.ru/pub/apache//uima//uimacpp-2.4.0/uimacpp-2.4.0-bin64.zip.
It returns 404 not found. Could you correct it, please?
