I've had problems with scripts that call scripts/analysis engines contained in
jars within an extended classpath (specified in Ruta's launch configuration).
It appears to be a problem of locating resources, e.g., finding the type system
of an analysis engine specified by a relative location, e.g., calling
utils.PlainTextAnnotator which does not find PlainTextTypeSystem.
