while working on https://projects-new.apache.org/, I came across a little typo
in
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/uima/site/trunk/uima-website/docs/doap/uima.rdf
<asfext:PMC rdf:about="UIMA"> should be <asfext:pmc rdf:about="UIMA">
(I'm not a rdf expert, but lowercase is the way it is used in every other ASF
project, and having it uppercase is causing some issues when parsing)
